Sunday evening I really decided that enough was enough with this whole eating badly again thing. I’ve worked so hard since the beginning of September and to ruin it all now would be a complete waste of time and effort. After I’d written out my shopping list and meals for the week, I made myself a meal planner table with Excel and filled it out for everything that passes my lips from Monday to Sunday. Yesterday I really stuck to it and today I’m doing really well too. I’m proud of myself for getting back on track with things and I felt a lot better this morning when I woke up. I exercised last night and I went jogging this morning. Its not going to be any quick fix fast weight loss program. Its a lifetime change and if I’m to succeed, I need to work at it. I only have around 7-8lbs to lose now anyway so its mainly the exercise I need to work on as I have a lot of toning up to do. I can’t wait to buy some new jeans in the January sales because the ones I have now are falling off me!
