Slipping Back Into Old Habits

I have been doing so well with my healthy lifestyle but I got ill last week and didn’t eat hardly anything for two days. When I got my appetite back I wanted to eat anything and everything, including the not so good for me foods. The worst thing that has come back in night time snacking. For the past three nights I have found myself snacking in the evenings when I’ve not even been hungry. Its really disappointing and I’m really not happy with myself. I dropped 3lbs last week because of me not eating and I was hoping to only put 2lbs back on again so that I would have lost 1lb of real weight. I need to start eating right again. I need to do because I need to look the way I want to look and I need to NOT have huge hips again like I had two months ago. I still wouldn’t consider weight loss supplement but some kind of craving stopper would be fantastic please!
