Still no internet and I very much doubt I’ll have it until after Christmas either. Oh well, I’m not really missing it because I’ve been going out with Meghan quite a lot. I have no TV now either as they came and took my cable box yesterday. Ah the joys of being broke.

Meghan turned six weeks old yesterday. We’ve had to start putting her in 0-3 month old clothes as newborn stuff either doesn’t fit or is getting that way. I need to go and buy her a few new things as she doesn’t have that many 0-3 stuff. Its a good enough excuse to buy her new clothes anyway. I’ve been having to stop myself buying stuff I know she doesn’t need just because they look so cute. As I said, I’ve been going out with Meghan a lot over the past couple of weeks. I make sure I take her out in the pram once a day just to get her out of the house. I’ve mainly been walking up to my mums for a couple of hours. She’s slept for seven hours at night a couple of times which is fantastic. The first time she did it, Alex kept waking me up to check on her – she’s on my side of the bed. She started smiling about two weeks ago too. I get a huge smile every morning when she wakes up which makes my day. I still can’t believe she’s here and that she’s mine.

I finally got my hair cut last week. I liked it at the time but to be honest, it doesn’t look much different. I also dyed my hair on Sunday to a dark red/brown. Its so much better than it was. I’m going to dye it red just before Christmas though. I only went to brown because my roots were so bad, my hair would have been two shades of red if I did it that straight away.

I better go and help Alex tidy up. At least I managed to blog!

My internet has been cut off so obviously I can’t blog at the moment. Its been a while hasn’t it? I’ve not really missed the internet as I’ve had two seasons of 24 to get through so thats been occupying my time. While I’ve been away I’ve had lots of lovely spam about hot grannies. Yeah, I’m so glad I have a spam blocker. I’m fine, Meghan’s fine, Alex is recovering from a chest infection but other than that, he’s fine too. Emelye came back from a two week holiday in Florida this morning and she’s staying at ours tonight. My friend Suzi came down to stay with Alex and I last weekend. It was nice to see her, just a shame she couldn’t stay longer. I went out too much though and felt really bad leaving Meghan. I hardly went anywhere during the week to ‘make it up to her.’ Not that she probably even noticed I’d gone. I saw Muse last night. They were good but nothing amazing really. Glad I went though.

Well I think thats all the news I have. I have no idea when I will next blog but it’ll probably be a while since my internet won’t be back on for at least a month if not longer. Meghan’s a month old on Friday! She’s already growing up too fast.
