I’m so glad I don’t need to sort out health insurance. I could get it but in the UK its optional because you pay for the NHS through your wages anyway. I think the common misconception with people who don’t live in the UK is that the NHS is completely free. You do get all your doctors appointments, hospital stays, blood tests and operations for free but you have to pay for dental care, opticians and prescriptions. I don’t know what I would do if I had to pay for insurance though. I can just about afford new glasses when I need them. If you are looking for health insurance then NC health insurance is probably a good place to start.

So, there is another anti aging type product on the market too called Prototype #37-C which is an anti wrinkle cream that has 99% peptides which makes it 20x the concentration of a normal anti aging cream. Its pretty expensive but it looks like if you’re looking to reduce the amount of wrinkles you have around your eyes then this is the one that will do the job. I would never go under the knife so if I was that desperate then this would probably be something I would be looking at. Take a look at the prototype 37c reviews to see what you think.

There’s only so much you can say about the hgh supplement and I’ve probably said most of it before. Its a growth hormone that is found in the brain and itis responsible for growth and cell production. When you reach the age of 30, your body begins to slow its production of it and so you start to age. By taking HGH supplements, you will age slower. Sounds great! But I wouldn’t touch it. I have always said I would grow old gracefully. A have a relative who had a face lift and still isn’t happy with herself and now wants more surgery done. Just be happy with who you are and screw what everyone else thinks.

Since last Wednesday my appetite seems to just have completely gone. I’m becoming hungry as normal around lunch time but then as soon as I eat something, I’m immediatly bloated and full and don’t feel hungry all pretty much for the rest of the day. Take today for example, I ate lunch at around 1.30PM when I was hungry and its now 9.25PM and I’m still not hungry. I really don’t know what’s wrong with me but its not the best way for me to try and lose weight! I’m currently working off a “only eat when I’m hungry” regime since that totally makes sense and even though I should pratice that anyway, I seem to follow the “eat when my mouth tells me to” regime instead.
Hey, at least I won’t need to look into the best weight loss pill! I’m not eating enough to need to!

With the weather being warmer and obviously, I have been sweating more, I have been getting really greasy skin especially on my forehead. Thankfully I have not come out in spots but I seem to be having to pay more attention to my skin so that this doesn’t happen. I’m thankful that I have a fringe so that if I did get spots, no one would be able to see! I’d hate to have acne on chin area where there is nothing I can do to cover it up. Hopefully my body gets more used to this warmer weather so my skin becomes less greasy.

I know how hard it is to quit an addiction like smoking. I had tried and failed at least three times before I actually quit for good. Every time I quit, I did it by going completely cold turkey or by cutting down slowly for a couple of weeks and then stopping completely. I never used any time of patches, gum or inhalators but I know some people really need the extra support. There are things called e cigarette‘s which are electronic cigarette’s that are supposed to help you with quitting smoking. They apparently look and taste like cigarette’s but they don’t have the harmful chemicals that normal cigarette’s do. I guess if you’ve tried everything else without being successful then its worth checking them out.

Yeah, that title wasn’t the best wording I could have used but its all I’ve got! My new fitness plan is working out really well. I’m into week three now and I’m enjoying all the exercise even though its hardwork and I am getting tired earlier on in the evening. I ran 7 miles last Sunday and even though I’m still aching from it, I’m so pleased I did it. I rang the charity I’m running for this afternoon and I definitely have my place in the race. I won’t recieve my running vest until a couple of weeks before the race. I’m enjoying th P90X side of it too even though it takes me a while to get my head in the right place to actually get up and do it! Running is easier before I just have to force myself out the door but with P90X, with it being in the house, I find myself getting lazy with it and trying to put it off constantly. I do it eventually though so that’s all that matters I guess.
I’m finding the eating side of it harder work than anything because I’m still battling with cravings for chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! I’ve just had some dark chocolate that I bought on Monday and although its not as nice as milk chocolate, its done the trick and I only had half a bar which was under 100 calories. I want to be able to eat what I like without it being out of control. I’m done looking for a quick weight loss solution though. I know its not quick and if it is, its definitely not the healthy way to go about it.

I sort of created a new fitness regime for myself two weeks ago that does everything I need it to do and I’m hoping I get to see some results out of it in the next couple of weeks. I’m calling it my Six Week Body Blast and I’m currently half way through week two. The goal is to feel more comfortable in the dress that I want to wear when I go out for Alex’s birthday on August 7th. I was going to wear it for my friend’s birthday night out a couple of weeks ago and I just felt so uncomfortable wearing it that I ended up wearing something different and went out feeling self concious and fed up with not being able to wear what I’d like to wear.
My workout consists of my half marathon training on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday and then the resistance workouts from P90X on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Friday is either my day off or I can run, cycle or do a cardio P90X workout like Kenpo or Plyometrics. If you haven’t heard of P90X before, you really should take a look. I did it back in March for three weeks and I gained quite a lot of muscle definition. The reason I didn’t carry on was because I was worn out. I decided this time to just push through it. The workouts are around 75 minutes long which although is quite a long time, it goes very quickly because its constantly changing. I really love it and even after two weeks I feel so much more confident and just, stronger! I’m looking forward to Monday’s weigh and measure-in.
I’m sure there are some safe diet pills out there but you don’t get anything you want without some effort. You should use diet pills as a helping hand and not just rely on them to work some magic. Losing weight and feeling better about yourself is about healthy eating and a fitness regime. Some days I really don’t want to run at all but I do it and I feel 100% better for doing so.

Alex is worried about going bald but I don’t think it’ll happen. Both is Dad and his Grandad on his mum’s side are not balding so I think he’s safe. I don’t know what I’d do, as a woman, if I started to go bald. I know there are hair loss treatments for women out there but still, it must be hard. Hair is definitely a big thing for a woman and can say a lot about you as a person. I don’t think its something I need to worry about either but it could still happen!

I’ve had a spare bedroom sitting there for a couple of weeks doing nothing since Alex decided to take his Mac back to his house. He was using the front bedroom as a studio to record in and I was a little jealous because I have been wanting a gym type room but just never had the space. On Friday I decided to make that gym I have been wanting for so long. I have a TV and DVD player to watch my workout DVD’s on as well as my CD racks with all of my music on. I also have my set of weights and my yoga mat down so I have absolutely no excuses to not workout at home any more. I am doing well with running but everything else has just gotten pushed aside. I’m going to purchase some resistance bands in the next few weeks so I can restart parts of P90X and for now, I just plan on mixing things up with the other workout DVD’s I have. I won’t need to keep looking at those strongest fat burners supplements if I get myself in gear and actually workout!
